After the double/triple bummer, my colleague (let's call her Ms. Chan here) is starting to get good service from the banks. Apparently, Maybank has credited back the amount she 'withdrew' plus the IBG charges back to account. Let's see if more good news is to come when she receives her 1 more 'telanned' ATM card.
